The focus of the Workshop is on how to use these simple, gentle, but precision instruments in your own life; for Health, Relaxation and Spiritual Development.
From this perspective I like to give an Introduction giving a personal view of what Sound Healing is and aspects of how/why it works. Then looking specifically at Tuning Forks, I cover:
- The basics of holding the forks, weighted and unweighted forks and different ways of striking or activating them.
- Looking at different tuning forks, their healing properties and application, with time for personal use and questions.
The Tuning Forks I usually cover include:
- Harmonic Spectrum
- OM Tuning Fork
- Otto Tuning Forks (128 Hz, 64Hz and 32Hz)
- 528Hz DNA Repair/Miracles/Love
- Angel Tuning Forks/Crystal Tuner
- Chakra Tuning Forks
My approach is to try and be flexible to the needs of those attending within this basic framework and answer any questions. The size of the workshop is kept small to facilitate this. Alternatively one2one tuition can be provided. This results in a practical, interactive, one-day hands-on workshop. This provides you with simple guidelines and methods to enable you to use Tuning Forks easily and with confidence. Also, dependent on the interests of the group I may substitute/add some different Tuning Forks.
A range of Tuning Forks will be available to use on the day and for sale at a discount of c. 20% compared to my normal web prices.
The workshop runs from 10am to 4pm with lunch break. It is also available on a one-2-one basis.
