The Labyrinth is a spiritual tool for contemplation. Throughout history it has featured across ancient civilisations, religions and independent spiritual paths.
Face the light and participate...Some time ago while meditating I found myself walking the labyrinth. I walked its paths, turning its turns and found myself reluctant to turn away from the source of light. Face the Light and participate was the message I took from this - So I looked in to the labyrinth; to its history and its meaning for us as we walk our current physical, mental and spiritual path on our earth.
Walk the labyrinth with me on a 30 foot, 7 circuit, classical labyrinth.

DETAILS
Time
Each half-day workshop runs for 3 hours, from 10 am to 1 pm.
Refreshments available but bring your own portable bottle of water when working outside- labyrinth walking can be thirsty work!.
Cost
Workshops cost £30 per person; £15 concessions available (limited numbers so please ask). NB Gift vouchers available for family and friends.
